Shipping from the online shop is currently available to the UK, Europe and the USA. For other international shipping queries, please get in touch at v@madebyvvv.com. 

Orders are carefully packaged using recycled and environmentally friendly materials, with no plastic use.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price; shipping fees will be added at checkout dependent on shipping destination selected. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping fees (per order) are based on Royal Mail prices for a small parcel up to 2kg, and are as follows:

UK (First Class): £4.80
Europe (International Tracked & Signed): £13.50
USA (International Tracked): £24

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days, provided the item ordered is in stock. Once your item has been dispatched, please allow for the following lead times for your item to arrive:

UK (First Class): up to 3-5 working days
Europe (International Tracked & Signed): up to 5-7 working days
USA (International Tracked): up to 7-10 working days

Please note Royal Mail is currently experiencing delays due to Covid-19 and your order may take longer than usual to arrive. If you would like your order to arrive sooner or by a specific date, please get in touch. Made by VVV cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail shipping delays.

We ship to the address entered at checkout, please ensure this is correct when you place your order.

Orders can alternatively be collected from South London free of charge (please contact us to collect in person – you will either receive a free shipping code to apply at checkout, or if you have already paid, your shipping costs will be refunded).
